When a question is made community wiki why does the person who asked the question stop accruing reputation?
The logic seems hollow -- it might make sense to prevent answer duplication but why should the person who asked the question not have the reputations added?

Remove CW conversion at 30 answers
Since most questions here can have an unlimited number of answers, I think the automatic conversion to CW when a question receives 30 answers should be removed.
